Cork Public Museum IGDR

Cork City Council appointed Lumina 360 to deliver an Investment Grade Decarbonisation Report for Cork Public Museum, a protected heritage building in Fitzgerald Park consuming 229,598 kWh annually, with 50 tonnes of CO₂ emissions and no metering or active BMS in place.

Lumina identified a costed, grant-mapped package of measures covering heating, environmental control, lighting, solar PV, and monitoring, with a two-stage pathway that addresses quick wins first and a high-temperature heat pump upgrade in Stage 2, achieving up to 78% total CO₂ reduction.
