Investment Grade Decarbonisation Report for Cork City Hall, a 29,600 m² civic complex consuming 3.37 million kWh annually. Lumina delivered a costed, grant-mapped 17-measure roadmap identifying 56% energy and 55% CO₂ reduction opportunities.

Cork City Council appointed Lumina 360 to deliver an Investment Grade Decarbonisation Report for Cork City Hall, a 29,600 m² civic complex comprising the 1936 City Hall, the Civic Offices, and Cork City Fire Station. The site was consuming 3.37 million kWh and generating 718 tonnes of CO₂ annually, with significant untapped potential for efficiency improvements across the building systems.

Lumina carried out detailed site surveys, utility data analysis, and financial modelling across 17 individual measures, producing a costed, grant-mapped implementation roadmap with a clear two-stage pathway to decarbonisation. Every measure was assessed on full life cycle cost, payback, IRR, NPV, and carbon abatement cost, giving the Council the rigour needed to secure funding and board approval.
