MEP Director and Head of Sustainability for a 2.4 million m² masterplanned site including research, housing, commercial, leisure, and manufacturing facilities.

The Project
The Master Plan for the site at Al Uyaynah, outside Riyadh, included more than 500,000 m² of buildings which consisted of housing, commercial, leisure, research, and manufacturing facilities, institutional buildings, and utility buildings.
The role of MEP Director and Head of Sustainability involved developing the mechanical and electrical infrastructure solution for the overall development of the 2.4 million m² site, covering all building types and utility infrastructure.
